Abstract: The business world is currently operating in an increasingly challenging environment characterized as volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA). If anything, the current COVID-19 crisis is a demonstration of this. What began as a health crisis has become a social and business crisis of large proportions.
